Since surgery was not an option for me, I tried chiropractic and physical therapy, massages, and injections for degenerative disk and arthritis pain. None of this worked, so upon the insistence of a friend I tried acupuncture. I will admit I was very skeptical, but was at a point that I would do anything to avoid narcotic pain meds. Thanks to Acucare (Dennis and Rachel) I have my life back. I even sleep better. You are the best!
